You have selected the Basic Nutrition Plan & Flexible Dieting Package - 12 Weeks membership level.

This package includes a delicious meal plan created by Holly to suit your nutritional requirements and training goals. You will be required to follow this for a set number of days each week. The remaining days you will be provided with Flexible Dieting guidelines and weekly coaching where you have the flexibility to choose your own meals and foods. Meal plans are reviewed at the beginning of every month based on your progress. Your macro-nutrient targets are reviewed weekly based on your progress.

What is Flexible Dieting?

Flexible Dieting is a relatively NEW nutritional concept which helps govern your nutritional choices and ultimately meet your specific sporting or health/fitness and physique goals.

Not only will Holly provide you with set daily calorie allowances and specific macro-nutrient targets (carbohydrate, protein, fat), you will be educated about daily fibre and micro-nutrient requirements and the specific food groups and the amount needed to achieve nutritional balance and optimal performance.

Flexible Dieting is exactly as it sounds, where your food selection is ultimately left up to personal preference without having to eat from a set meal plan. Your targets are reviewed weekly based on your progress.

  • * Please note that with flexible dieting practices, there will be a requirement for you to log or keep track of the foods you consume to help facilitate learning.

Total: 12 weeks ($100.00 / per week)

Conditions of Membership:

  • 12 Week Membership fixed term.
  • Unfortunately No refunds unless agreed to with HB Nutrition.

The price for membership is $400.00 now and then $100.00 per Week for 8 more Weeks.

Membership expires after 12 Weeks.
