In addition to being provided with your daily macronutrient targets, this package includes a delicious 100% tailored meal plan created by Holly to suit your nutritional requirements and food preferences. You will be required to follow your meal plan for a set number of days each week. On remaining days you will be provided with macronutrient targets which gives you the flexibility to choose your own meals and foods. Your macronutrient targets are reviewed weekly and updated based on your progress towards your goal. Meal plans are reviewed every 4 weeks.
