This is a great package if you have pre-existing knowledge of macro tracking and do not require a tailored meal plan. In this coaching program you will be provided with macronutrient targets, giving you the flexibility to choose your own meals and foods based on personal preference. Your macro-nutrient targets are reviewed weekly and updated based on your progress towards your goal. This coaching program also includes a training program to help structure your training and keep you on track with your training goals. Training programs are reviewed every 4 weeks, or as frequently as required in order to achieve your goals.
