Place a layer of berries in the bottom of three tall glasses, dividing the berries equally.
Mix yoghurt and cinnamon with a spoon then place about half a cup in each glass on top of the berries. Sprinkle a layer of muesli over the yoghurt. Repeat x 2 and top parfaits with berries. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for use the next morning.
