Ingredients

  • 2 cups whey protein isolate
  • 1 cup gluten free muesli/oats
  • 1/2 coconut meal
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup greens maple flavoured syrup
  • 150g melted gluten free white chocolate

Instructions

Step 1

Combine ingredients (leaving aside 1/4 cup of coconut for rolling) into a food processor and mix for approx. 30 Seconds or until ingredients start to form a dough like consistency.

Step 2

Divide out and roll into 25 balls

Step 3

Keep refrigerated

Warning: I would encourage you to keep these frozen or you might just find yourself standing in the fridge for extended periods of time!
