Ingredients

  • 150g Gluten Fee self-raising Flour
  • 100g Golden Flax Meal
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 125ml Skim Milk
  • 125ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 5g Baking Powder

Instructions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor to beat with electric mixer until well combined. Leave to sit for a 5 minutes.

Step 2

Heat a non stick fry pan on medium heat, spray once over with oil of choice, then divide mixture into 6 medium size pancakes.

If I am having pancakes for my pre workout meal (I try to consume approx. ~50g carbs) to ensure I have plenty of energy for my session.

  • 2 Pancakes
  • 10g Crushed Nuts
  • 50g Strawberries
  • 140ml High Protein ice-cream
  • 1 tbsp No Calorie Caramel or Chocolate Topping
