Ingredients

  • 125 ml unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 25g natural peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 25g whey protein isolate ( i.e. Carbon by layne notron’s vanilla or salted caramel)
  • 20g peanut butter powder
  • 1 medium banana
  • 20g dates
  • 200 ml – water, tap
  • 3 ice cube – water, tap

Instructions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and blend with ice.

Note: For a lower carbohydrate option, omit the dates.
For the lowest carbohydrate option, omit both dates and banana (8g Carbs Total)
