  • 1 x Medium Banana
  • 125ml No fat Milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 32g Protein Isolate
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 200ml Water
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Don’t over blend as to much air into the smoothie will make it unpleasant to drink (too airy) and may cause bloating.
