- 50g Blackberry (fresh or frozen)
- 125ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 30g Whey Protein Isolate
- 10g Coconut Desiccated
- 125ml Water
- Ice 2 – 3 Cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix for approx. 10 seconds – serve cold.
This is a very low carbohydrate, high protein smoothie with the big taste you want for a low calorie drink option. Try mixing up your berries to keep your diet varied.
