White Chocolate Protein Balls

  • 2 cups Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Muesli/Oats
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Meal
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2/3 cups Water (add 1/3 at a time)
  • 2 cups Water to boil


Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowel. Bowl. If you have a food processor you can blend all ingredients for approx 10 seconds or until ingredients are well combined.

Step 2

If you are not using a processor, very gradually add in the water about 1/3 cup at a time, then with your spoon, press the mixture togther to until the mixture start to hold firm. Continue to add more water until you can form a ball in your hand without the mixture crumbling. Continue to add more water until you reach the desired consistence and the ball holds firm on rolling

Step 3

Coating While waiting for the protein balls toset, bring to the boil in a medium saucepan roughly 2 cups of water.

Add approx. 200g white chocolate into a stainless steel or heat proof mixing bowl and sit it over the saucepan of boiling water..Stir continually until the chocolate has melted.

Once the chocolate has melted, take out your protein balls from freezer and dip one at a time into the chocolate while it is still hot then place on baking tray lined with baking paper and return to freezer immediately.
