Slice the lavish bread into three sections
Cut into triangles and discard the odd ends. Or keep them (that’s up to you)
Place into a air fryer and spray lightly with olive oil. Season with any seasoning you like.
Cook at 360 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
At the half way point, turn the chips to ensure both sides are cooked.
At the 6 minute mark, take a quick look to make sure they are not burning, then remove once crispy to the touch and beginning to lightly brown on the edges.
These can be served warm or allowed to cool to room temperature and served at a later time with buffalo dip & salsa.
*NOTE: If you don’t have a air fryer, you can pre heat a convection oven to 360F, line an oven tray with baking paper and lay the chips evenly over the tray. Bake for 8 minutes.
