Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Line an oven tray with baking paper, spray lightly with oil and set to one side.
Boil sausages as per package instructions.
While the sausages are cooking, carefully remove the crusts from the bread and set to the side.
Place a slice of cheese over each slice of bread.
Once the sausages are cooked, place on top of the bread lined with cheese and roll the sausages tightly as shown.
I wrapped 3 crusts around the outside of the bread for decoration by using some butter spray to help fasten before baking.
Next place the sausages wrapped their blankets onto the greased baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.
Once bread is beginning to brown on the the edges, remove and serve while hot, with a side of sugar free ketchup as dipping sauce.
*NOTE: you can make these ahead of time and place them in the freezer to be reheated on the day you need them.
